"I had never had issues with Ryan in the past and while his communication always seemed lacking, he eventually would respond. Unfortunately, it took Ryan a month to reply to my inquiry with my ongoing HOA issues and how it affected my Homeowner's/Condo insurance policy. By the time a month came along, I was already upset at the lack of response and decided it was time to explore other agents or insurance companies. Ryan's response was, "From what you have told me you have the proper insurance policy for the situation. I'm not changing it just to have to change it back again." Ryan could have told me that from the beginning to save us both from a frustrating situation. Let's write that response in a more professional way. "I apologize for the late reply and I am sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your HOA. Going forward, I think it would be in our best interest to keep the policy as it is until the HOA issue is resolved on January 9th. This will keep you and your home covered should any situations arise before January 9th. Thank you for you patience." I have since switched agents and the good news is that the HOA modifications successfully passed."
